Best realtor I've ever worked with. I would not reccomend using anyone else. He got the highest amount per square foot in my neighborhood. He staged the house, paid for photographers, videographers, cleaning team and the house sold for 25k over asking. We are using this money to pay for renovations on our new house.

Nick Vlasidis strikes again! Nick negotiated and coordinated the purchase of my mother’s new home, ensuring we got the seller’s attention with a carefully decided purchase offer. That was in June 2021. Fast forward to selling my mother’s former home. In short, we were able to sell it for a very fair amount for both parties.
